After researching into various BBFC certificates I initially thought that my trailer would best suit being certificated a '15'. However, since I've thought more about my film itself I feel as though there is no need for me to include such mature content included in a 15 film (e.g. drug taking) as it is not necessary in getting my story across. Therefore, I will certificate my film as a '12' allowing me to include moderate language, sex references, violence and infrequent strong language.
In addition to this it means teenagers below 15 will also be able to watch the trailer which ultimately maximises the potential number of people in my target audience.
