Above are 5 of the photos I took on that day which are my favourite. I especially like the one where I use no flash (the 4th one down) as this gives a more natural effect which works well with Emily's preferred reading as she's meant to be portrayed as a natural, regular teenager who unfortunately suffers from depression.
I think my target audience would relate well to a magazine cover with the 4th image down advertising my film as it provides a direct mode of address between Emily and the consumer as she is looking directly at the camera. Her clothes and make-up are also pretty typical of teenage girls who don't conform to wearing tight, revealing clothes (girly-girls). My target audience is aimed more at people who are conscientious and what to find out more about the effects of depression. Therefore, the clothes won't matter to them too much, but by seeing that Emily is wearing nice clothes that may be seen as 'tom-boy' clothes will make her as a character, seem more appealing as she doesn't use the way she dresses to get people's attention (which may make the audience infer that she is intelligent and possibly endearing because of that).
